Some friendly folks featured me in their Treasuries!

Maybe if I gave my husband this Silver Skull and Crossbones Medium Dog Collar http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=17556499 by Blingforbowwow He would finally let us go find the "manly dog" this family of 3 girls has begged for!

Blingforbowwow was so kind to include my Calm Water Necklace http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=19145754 in her Blues and Hues Treasury this week!

Here is a great set By Lovelandshadetree Tropical Kiss Crystal Earrings and the matching Tropical Breeze Necklace http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=20122946

Lovelandshadetree was so kind as to include my Ring of Fire Donut http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=21288962 in her Hot and Colorful treasury of the same name!
FYI This treasury post is modelled after the wonderful posts Of Carol Dean Sharpe Aka Sandfibers www.sandfibers.etsy.com and www.sandfibers.blogspot.com

Up before the sun, Buttons!

Buttons! My Shank button shelf works! Hooray! I love it when a plan comes together! I see more buttons in my future. I may even have to invent more reasons to use my fancy new custom artist made shank button firing shelves. This Photo was taken at sunrise, as I can never wait to unload the kiln, especially when a firing contains so many experimental pieces. More pics later...

Feeling the Love!

Oh boy! Who would have imagined? I felt so lucky to be included in a treasury last week, still do! Guess what? I am featured in 2 treasuries today! Wow!
What a day! The sun is shining, I hear birds, and my kiln is firing with my hopes for dreamy pieces rising along with it's temperature. And more! My husband says he's OK, no hospital stay, and all is well.
I still haven't shown you all the beauty the wonderful Carol Dean Sharpe has created!!! But you could check out her shop to get a guess!!! www.sandfibers.etsy.com

Long time no Blog!

Or does it just feel that way? This has been a crazy busy week including 2 doctors visits, labs, running a meeting, loading my kiln, firing it, wonderful collaborations, and my husband taking himself to the emergency room, and all these things happened yesterday!

I have lots of wonderful things to share, including beautiful pictures of work by the talented Carol Dean Sharpe aka sandfibers.... very soon... maybe later today even.

It is so dazzling I may have to split it up for you so that you can handle all the beauty!

Boy was I wrong!

My guess on the number of pieces in this firing was 200-400. I counted every last piece all 822 of them. No wonder my hands look like this!

Featured in a treasury!

The very nice Kathleen of www.Southamericatraveler.etsy.com included my Linen fringe Necklace in her treasury!
www.etsy.com/treasury_list.php?room_id=37592

Thank you Kathleen! Beautiful!

Firing Again!

I am so happy to be firing my kiln again this week! I am going to have to count how many little jewelry pieces are in there when it's done. I make a conservative quess that it is over 200 but I have a feeling that it's more like 400. I hope my new goodies arrive via UPS tomorrow so that I can get right to work on experimenting with new colors in the glaze fire!
